10:56 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AgriFORCE Growing Systems ( AGRI ) said Monday that the US Patent and Trademark Office has granted a patent for the company's automated growing systems.

The patent, related to farming and agriculture-related businesses, covers moving different production lines of vegetation or flowering plants to other areas of a growing facility through conveyor belts and other mechanisms, the company added.

AgriFORCE's shares rose more than 15% in recent trading.
