AgriFORCE Growing Systems Closes Acquisition of Radical Clean Solutions Assets; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

08:26 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AgriFORCE Growing Systems ( AGRI ) said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Radical Clean Solutions or RCS, whose hydroxyl technology generates and distributes reactive molecules that break down contaminants.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company also signed a two-year consulting deal with RCS Chief Executive Roger Slotkin, who will lead the development and manufacturing of the product line and servicing as RCS president.

AgriFORCE said it previously acquired the rights for the exclusive commercialization and distribution of the RCS technology in controlled environment agriculture and food manufacturing and transport and invested a 14% interest in RCS last year.

Shares of AgriFORCE rose 42% in premarket activity on Wednesday.
