06:04 PM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Agrify ( AGFY ) said late Wednesday that it will change its name to Rythm following the acquisition of a portfolio of brand properties from Green Thumb Industries for $50 million.

The company said it paid for the acquisition via a convertible note for the brands that include Rythm, Dogwalkers, and Beboe.

Agrify ( AGFY ) also said it struck an agreement to license the brands to Green Thumb to manufacture and distribute.

The company said its shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the new ticker "RYM" starting Sept. 2.

Shares were up about 10% during after-hours trading.
