07:07 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- American International Group ( AIG ) said Friday that John Neal will no longer join the company due to "personal circumstances."

Neal was set to assume the president role, effective Dec. 1, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Chief Executive and Chairman Peter Zaffino will continue to work with the company's board on its "future organizational structure," AIG said.
