04:33 PM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aileron Therapeutics ( ALRN ) said late Friday it closed an underwritten registered direct offering of about 4.3 million shares and warrants to buy the same number of shares.

Each share and warrant were sold together at a combined price of $4.68, the company said.

Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, was the book-running manager for the offering.
