Aimia Reports Buys Back 0.5% of Shares in April

08:39 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aimia ( AIMFF ) on Friday said that in April it repurchased for cancellation 494,300 of its common shares, or 0.5% of the outstanding total.

The shares were repurchased at a weighted-average price of $2.44 per share for a total of about $1.2 million, excluding brokerage fees. The shares closed on Thursday at $2.59.

As of April 30, Aimia ( AIMFF ) has repurchased 4.1 million common shares or 59% of the roughly 7 million common shares it is eligible to purchase under its Normal Course Issue Bid first announced on June 4, 2024, said the company.

Aimia ( AIMFF ) is a diversified company focused on enhancing the value of its two core global businesses, Bozzetto, a sustainable specialty chemicals company, and Cortland International, a rope and netting solutions company.
