08:46 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Air Canada ( ACDVF ) on Monday said it expects to take up and pay for 26.6 million shares at $18.80 apiece under its substantial bid offer for a total of $500 million.

Shareholders of Class A and Class B voting shares tendered 26.8 million shares.

Shareholders who made auction tenders at or below the purchase price will have the number of shares purchased prorated following the determination of the final results of the offer, Air Canada ( ACDVF ) said.
