08:51 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Air Canada ( ACDVF ) said Wednesday it extended its agreement with The Landline Company for luxury bus connections linking airports in the Waterloo Region, Hamilton and Toronto.

The busses run multiple daily non-stop round trips from Hamilton and Waterloo Region airports to Toronto Pearson, Air Canada ( ACDVF ) said. This allows the airline to offer customers the same benefits as air-only itineraries, including boarding pass and bag tag printing at their regional airport, as well as, disruption protection, and Aeroplan point earning opportunities.

"With our extended partnership, we are working together with Landline to further develop this program both operationally, with the goal of advancing to a direct airside-to-airside service, subject to government approval, and geographically, by introducing it elsewhere in Canada," said Ranbir Singh, director of regional airlines and markets at Air Canada ( ACDVF ).

The Landline Company said it is equipping its vehicles with new fast and free Wi-Fi next week while also working with Air Canada ( ACDVF ) to establish airside-to-airside service.

Air Canada's ( ACDVF ) share price fell 1.4% on Tuesday to $14.79 on the TSX.
