07:22 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Air Lease ( AL ) said Tuesday that it invested $890 million in new aircraft investments during Q2.
The company said it took delivery of 12 new aircraft from its orderbook, including six Airbus A220s, one Airbus A321neo, two Boeing 737-8s, one Boeing 787-9, and two Boeing 787-10s.
Air Lease ( AL ) said it completed the sale of four aircraft to third-party buyers, generating about $126 million in proceeds.
Additionally, the company said it received $344 million from settlements with insurers related to aircraft previously leased to Russian carriers.
Air Lease ( AL ) said that as of June 30, the company's fleet stood at 495 owned and 53 managed aircraft, with 241 additional aircraft on order from Airbus and Boeing scheduled for delivery through 2031.
