Air Products Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Sales Rise; Full-Year EPS Guidance Revised

06:25 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Air Products and Chemicals ( APD ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $3.09 per diluted share, down from $3.20 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.99.

Sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $3.02 billion, compared with $2.99 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.98 billion.

For fiscal Q4, the company expects adjusted EPS of $3.27 to $3.47. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.47.

Air Products said it now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $11.90 to $12.10, compared with its prior outlook range of $11.85 to $12.15. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $11.99.

The company's shares were up 2.6% in recent premarket activity.
