12:03 PM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Air Products and Chemicals ( APD ) said Monday its dual mixed refrigerant liquefied natural gas process technology and equipment has successfully passed a performance test achieving LNG production above 3.4 million tons per annum.

The technology and equipment has been deployed at the Coral South floating LNG plant in Mozambique.

The company said its technology has also been selected for the Energia Costa Azul LNG land-based project in Mexico, which is under construction.
