04:46 PM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Air Products and Chemicals ( APD ) said late Monday it has appointed Matthew Lepore as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary and chief compliance officer, starting Aug. 18.

Lepore was most recently the group general counsel, president for Legal, Compliance and Insurance, chief compliance officer, chief human rights officer and corporate secretary at BASF, the company said.
