Air Transport Services Group's "Go-Shop" Period Expires

04:43 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Air Transport Services Group ( ATSG ) said Monday that the 35-day "go-shop" period under its definitive merger agreement with Stonepeak has expired.

The company said it did not receive any alternative takeover proposals from third parties during this period.

The transaction is expected to close in H1 2025.
