AirBoss Third Quarter Adjusted Loss Widens

05:03 PM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AirBoss of America ( ABSSF ) third quarter adjusted loss widened as net sales fell.

The company's adjusted loss, excluding most one-time items, widened to US$3.3 million, or US$0.12 per share, from US$2.6 million, or US$0.12, for the prior year period.

Sales fell 5.9% to US$96.2 million, from US$102 million. The decrease was due to lower volumes at AirBoss Rubber Solutions (ARS) and lower sales at AMP's rubber molded products business.

AirBoss will pay a quarterly dividend of C$0.035 per common share, to be paid on January 15, 2025 to shareholders of record at December 31, 2024.

The company's shares closed $0.04 higher to $4.34 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
