PARIS, March 7 (Reuters) - Airbus confirmed on
Thursday it had delivered 49 airplanes in February, up three
units or 7% since the same month last year, and said it had sold
two A350s in the same period.
Reuters reported on Monday that Airbus delivered around 49
jets in February, bringing the total for the year so far to 79.
Airbus said in a monthly bulletin that the two A350-900 jets
were sold to a buyer whose name it did not disclose.
Airbus has taken firm orders for 33 airplanes so far this
year, with no cancellations.
