08:59 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AirJoule Technologies ( AIRJ ) said Tuesday that it has reached a three-year cooperative research and development agreement with the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center to develop water recovery systems.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The partnership between the center and the company is aimed at developing ways of supplying drinkable water for military personnel in various environmental conditions and geographic locations, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 6.5% in recent premarket activity.
