AirNet Enters LOI With LLP STH to Develop Bitcoin Mining Farm in Kazakhstan

05:02 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AirNet Technology ( ANTE ) said Monday it executed a nonbinding letter of intent with LLP STH for a potential investment in a 130-megawatt Bitcoin mining project in Kazakhstan.

The proposed development includes a 70MW facility connected to a grid and a 60MW natural gas self-generation facility, both using liquid-cooling technology.

AirNet ( ANTE ) shares were up 12% in recent premarket activity.
