05:18 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AirNet Technology ( ANTE ) said late Tuesday it received an additional 180-day grace period to regain compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company can regain compliance if its closing bid price meets or exceeds $1 per American depository share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.

AirNet ( ANTE ) shares were down 4.3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday after closing nearly 61% lower Tuesday.
