08:40 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AirNet Technology ( ANTE ) said Thursday it has raised about $180 million in gross proceeds after completing a direct offering where investors paid entirely in bitcoin (BTC-USD) and ether (ETH-USD).

The company said it sold roughly 80.8 million shares and accompanying warrants, receiving about 819 bitcoin and nearly 19,929 ether tokens before expenses.

Shares of the company were down more than 4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
