AirNet Technology Regains Compliance with Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Rule

11:05 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AirNet Technology ( ANTE ) said Thursday the Nasdaq Stock Market notified the company that it has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.

The company regained compliance after the closing bid price of its American depositary shares had been at $1 per ADS or greater from Feb. 28 through March 12, AirNet ( ANTE ) said.

The company's shares were down 6% in recent trading.

Price: 1.25, Change: -0.08, Percent Change: -6.02
