AIRO, Bullet Sign Letter of Intent to Form Joint Venture for Drones

07:58 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AIRO Group ( AIRO ) and Ukraine-headquartered Bullet said Thursday they have signed a Letter of Intent to establish a 50-50 joint venture to produce and deploy Bullet's fixed-wing UAV technology across the United States, NATO defense markets and Ukraine.

AIRO ( AIRO ) said it will integrate Bullet's modular interceptor drone platform into US manufacturing and defense infrastructure.

The partners, added, they expect to finalize definitive agreements within 60 days.

The company added that this venture will focus on expanding production capacity for the interceptor drones in the United States and Ukraine.

This JV will also engage on research and development of next-generation interceptor and strike configurations, and pursuing qualified contracts with the US Department of Defense, NATO, and allied ministries of defense.
