07:49 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Airo Group Holdings ( AIRO ) said Monday it closed an upsized public offering of 4.83 million common shares, for about $89.4 million in gross proceeds.

The company said the offering includes the full exercise of the underwriters' option to buy 630,000 additional shares.

Airo ( AIRO ) plans to use the net proceeds to fund growth initiatives and explore "opportunistic acquisitions" of complementary businesses, among other things, it said.
