07:15 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AIRO Group Holdings ( AIRO ) said Friday that it agreed to form the AIRO Nord-Drone joint venture following a definitive deal between its AIRO Drone subsidiary and Nord Drone Group or NDG.

The joint venture will combine AIRO's ( AIRO ) manufacturing and procurement capacity in the US with NDG's technologies and European production capabilities, according to the statement. No financial details were disclosed.

AIRO ( AIRO ) said the joint venture is intended to cater to "urgent operational needs" in key defense markets, including the US, NATO member countries, and other territories, prioritizing the production and deployment of combat-proven drones for current US and NATO defense directives.

The joint venture remains subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions, the company added.
