09:59 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AirSculpt Technologies ( AIRS ) said Friday it has named CFO Dennis Dean as the interim chief executive of the company.

Dean succeeds Todd Magazine, who has resigned but will advise the company until Dec. 31, the company said.

The company's shares were down nearly 19% in recent early Friday trading.
