07:59 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AirSculpt Technologies ( AIRS ) said Monday it expects to request a 15-day extension to file its Form 10-K annual report for 2025 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said the extension would provide additional time to complete the classification of inter-company transactions and balances.
AirSculpt ( AIRS ) said it expects Q4 preliminary revenue of $33.4 million. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $34.5 million. The company expects Q1 revenue of $38.5 million to $39.5 million. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $37.1 million
AirSculpt ( AIRS ) shares were up more than 28% in Monday pre-bell activity.
