Akamai Maintains Long-Term Pattern of Adding to Earnings-Driven After-Hours Moves in Next Day's Regular Session

07:07 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Akamai Technologies ( AKAM ) is due with its Q1 results after the bell today, and analysts polled by Capital IQ are expecting the company to report a profit of $1.61 per share on revenue of $989 million.

AKAM has recorded more aggressive next-day closing levels following 53 of its last 79 after-hours earnings events, or 67% of the time.
