04:37 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Akero Therapeutics ( AKRO ) said late Tuesday it priced an upsized public offering of about 5.3 million shares at $48 each and pre-funded warrants to purchase about 2 million shares at $47.9999 per warrant.

The company anticipates gross proceeds of $350 million.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to acquire up to about 1.1 million additional shares, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
