Akero Therapeutics Raises $367 Million From Share Offering

04:17 PM EST, 03/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Akero Therapeutics ( AKRO ) said late Friday it has closed its public offering of shares, raising almost $367 million.

The company said it sold 12.65 million shares at $29 apiece in the offering, including the full exercise of over-allotment option.
