Akoustis Technologies CEO Jeffery Shealy Resigns

11:11 AM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Akoustis Technologies ( AKTS ) said Thursday that Chief Executive Jeffery Shealy resigned, effective Tuesday, under a mutual agreement between the parties.

The company appointed Chief Product Officer Kamran Cheema as interim CEO.

Akoustis ( AKTS ) shares were down 2.4% in recent trading.
