Alamar Biosciences Prices Upsized IPO at $17 Per Share

04:57 AM EDT, 04/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alamar Biosciences (ALMR) said Friday it has priced its upsized initial public offering of 11.3 million common shares at $17 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $191.3 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.7 million shares.

The stock is set to debut on the Nasdaq under the ticker "ALMR" on Friday.
