Alaris Acquisitions Launches First-of-Its-Kind Buyer Portal, Redefining RIA M&A Connectivity

New platform feature gives acquirers a transparent, data-driven way to showcase their firm to sellers, advancing Alaris’ mission to bring greater clarity and connection to wealth management M&A

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Alaris Acquisitions, a leading sell-side M&A consultancy for the wealth management industry, today announced the launch of its Buyer Portal, a first-of-its-kind digital hub where acquirers can present their firm to potential sellers through data-rich profiles, videos and interactive insights. The new Portal, powered by Alaris’ proprietary AI-driven platform, marks a major step forward in creating a more transparent, efficient and humanized M&A experience for registered investment advisors (RIAs).

The new tool builds on Alaris’ Lens Application, introduced earlier this year, which seeks to improve cultural and financial matchmaking between buyers and sellers. The Buyer Portal allows buyers to showcase their firm to potential sellers in a structured, accessible format, eliminating the burden of repeated one-off conversations. Buyers receive feedback and insights on seller activity and interest, while sellers gain a transparent view into buyer models, strategies and cultural fit. As more buyers engage with the Portal, the profiles evolve into richer, more compelling representations of each firm.

“The Buyer Portal gives firms a way to market themselves in a public, accessible space that’s never existed before in wealth management M&A,” said Allen Darby, founder and chief executive officer of Alaris Acquisitions. “For sellers, it removes guesswork and introduces a transparent window into who buyers truly are. For buyers, it’s an opportunity to stand out on the strength of their culture, integration philosophy and long-term vision.”

As M&A activity in the RIA industry continues to surge, Alaris’ Buyer Portal introduces a long-missing element: a way for buyers to actively and authentically market themselves to sellers. Last year, RIA deal volume grew nearly 15 percent, yet many advisors remain uncertain about how to evaluate the right partner beyond headline valuation. The Buyer Portal bridges that gap, putting culture and economics on display in a scalable, technology-enabled way.

Backed by a growing team of specialists across AI development, demand generation and support, Alaris continues to redefine sell-side advocacy. This latest development coincides with a milestone for the four-year-old firm as it surpasses its 50th transaction—a deal between Savant Wealth Management and PrairieView Partners. Other notable transactions include Modern Wealth Management’s acquisition of Petso Financial Consultants, Carson Group’s acquisition of Aveo Capital and Beacon Pointe’s acquisition of The Family Firm. More than 30 percent of the firm’s clients are referred by past sellers, cementing Alaris’ reputation as the industry’s leading sell-side advocate.

“Partnering with Alaris was instrumental in helping us identify and align with PrairieView Partners,” said Brent Brodeski, founder and chief executive officer at Savant Wealth Management. “Their unique approach goes far beyond surface-level deal terms. By prioritizing cultural alignment alongside economics, Alaris is raising the bar for thoughtful, transparent M&A advocacy within our industry.”

Advisors looking to sell their firms can learn more and connect with qualified buyers through the Buyer Portal here.

The Alaris approach to RIA firm matchmaking produces a superior post-deal quality of life, heightened valuation, and reduced costs for M&A advice.
