Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust Launches Normal Course Issuer Bid

08:51 AM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust (AD-UN.TO) said Thursday that it received TSX approval to launch a normal course issuer bid (NCIB).

The NCIB allows Alaris to purchase for cancellation up to 4,415,678 trust units of the trust or 10% of its public float.

Alaris said the NCIB will commence on Jan. 6 and may continue to Jan. 5, 2026.
