Alarm.com Acquires Majority Stake in CHeKT

06:33 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alarm.com Holdings ( ALRM ) said Tuesday that it has acquired a majority stake in CHeKT, a cloud platform for remote video monitoring services.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CHeKT will continue to operate independently.

Alarm.com's ( ALRM ) video solution and the OpenEye enterprise video solution will be fully integrated into CHeKT's control room software, the company said.
