Alarm.com Unit EnergyHub Acquires Bridge to Renewables

09:36 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alarm.com ( ALRM ) unit EnergyHub said Thursday that it has acquired Bridge to Renewables, a provider of EV telematics-based services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

EnergyHub said the acquisition will allow it to expand collaborations with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers and improve its ability to merge EVs into cross-distributed energy resources virtual power plants.
