Alaska Air, Hawaiian Holdings Extend Merger Review Period to Aug. 16

07:42 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alaska Air Group ( ALK ) and Hawaiian Holdings ( HA ) said that on Aug. 13 they agreed with the US Department of Justice to further extend the review period of the companies' proposed merger until 12:01 a.m. ET on Aug. 16.

The review period was previously extended on July 29 until Aug. 15.
