Alaska Energy Metals Closes Side Car Share-Unit Offering

11:42 AM EDT, 07/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alaska Energy Metals ( AKEMF ) on Friday closed its side car offering of 2.275-million units at $0.15 each for gross proceeds of $341,250.

Each unit consisted of a share a three-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.20.

Proceeds will be used for Canwell prospect drilling at the Nikolai Nickel Project in Alaska, metallurgical studies, working capital, and marketing purposes.

Alaska Energy shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.14 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
