05:23 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Albertsons Companies ( ACI ) said late Wednesday Kim Fennebresque was appointed as the new board chairman after Jim Donald decided to retire.

Fennebresque serves as the chair of the compensation committee and an audit committee member, the company said.

David Zinsner, chief financial officer of Intel ( INTC ) , will join the board as an independent director, according to a statement.
