07:59 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Albertsons ( ACI ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted net income Tuesday of $0.55 per diluted share, down from $0.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.53.

Net sales and other revenue for the quarter ended June 14 were $24.88 billion, up from $24.27 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $24.71 billion.

The company said it continues to expect fiscal 2025 adjusted net income of $2.03 to $2.16 per share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $2.10 per share.

Albertsons ( ACI ) said it will maintain a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on Aug. 8 to stockholders of record as of July 25.
