08:10 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AleAnna ( ANNA ) said Tuesday it received regional approval from Emilia-Romagna for the development of the Gradizza Field near Tresignana and Copparo, Italy.

The approval is the final step before Italy's Ministry of Environment and Energy Security issues a production concession, which will allow construction to begin and the field to be connected to infrastructure, the company said.

Gradizza holds 0.4 billion cubic feet in proved reserves, 0.8 Bcf in probable reserves, and 5.6 Bcf in possible reserves, AleAnna ( ANNA ) said.

The energy company also said the field is expected to be completed and brought online within 12 to 18 months of receiving the concession.
