09:00 AM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities ( ARE ) said Monday its board has approved a stock repurchase program for up to $500 million of common shares through Dec. 31, 2025.

Under the program, the company will purchase its outstanding common shares from time to time through open market transactions, negotiated deals, or alternative methods such as derivatives, the company said.
