03:53 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities ( ARE ) said late Thursday it priced a public offering of $550 million of 5.50% senior notes due 2035 at 99.733% of the principal with a yield to maturity of 5.532%.

The sale is expected to close Feb. 13, the company said.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem or repay all or a portion of the company's 3.45% senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
