06:38 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Algonquin Power & Utilities ( AQNB ) (AQN.TO, AQN) late on Friday said it named Brian Chin, currently vice-president of investor relations, as interim chief financial officer, effective March 7.

Chin will retain his current duties while serving as interim CFO. He will succeed Darren Myers, who is leaving to pursue another opportunity.

The company hired a search firm to look for a permanent CFO.
