Algonquin Power & Utilities Appoints Chief Regulatory and External Affairs Officer

05:15 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Algonquin Power & Utilities ( AQNB ) said late Monday it named Noel Black as chief regulatory and external affairs officer, starting June 30.

He was most recently the senior vice president of federal regulatory affairs at Southern Company (SO), according to a statement.
