05:24 PM EST, 01/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Algonquin Power & Utilities ( AQNB ) after trade Tuesday said that Chief Financial Officer Darren Myers will be leaving the company.

"Today I accepted Darren's resignation as he is pursuing another opportunity," Chief Executive Chris Huskilson said, adding that Myers, who joined in August 2022, will stay on until the company reports its fourth-quarter results.

The company said it will begin the search for a new CFO and Myers will help ensure a smooth transition.
