Alight Appoints Greg Giometti as Interim Chief Financial Officer

08:38 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alight (ALIT) said Thursday it has appointed Greg Giometti as the company's interim chief financial officer, effective Jan. 9, 2026.

Giometti succeeds Jeremy Heaton, who will depart Alight to pursue another opportunity, the company said.

Giometti joined Alight in 2020 and currently serves as the company's senior vice president, head of financial planning and analysis, Alight said.
