Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.11.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $787 million, down from $806 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $790.1 million.

For the second half of 2024, the human resource firm said it expects adjusted diluted EPS of $0.31 to $0.36 on revenue of $1.21 billion to $1.23 billion. Analysts' estimates for the six-month period were not available for comparison.

Alight shares were down 9% in morning trading.
