Alight's Q2 Adjusted Earnings From Continuing Operations Rise, Revenue Falls; Revises 2025 Revenue Projection

08:23 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alight (ALIT) reported Q2 adjusted earnings from cotinuing operations Tuesday of $0.10 per diluted share, up from $0.05 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.10.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $528 million, down from $538 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $523.8 million.

The company maintained its 2025 adjusted earnings outlook of $0.58 to $0.64 per diluted share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.59.

The company now expects 2025 revenue of $2.28 billion to $2.33 billion, compared with the prior outlook of $2.32 billion to $2.39 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.34 billion.

The company's shares were up 3.7% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
