Allakos Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice on Minimum Bid Price

12:10 PM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allakos ( ALLK ) said Friday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq on Tuesday for not meeting the minimum bid price of $1 per share for continued listing on the exchange.

The company said it has until Feb. 10 to regain compliance with the Nasdaq listing rule.

Allakos ( ALLK ) said the Nasdaq notice has no immediate effect on the listing of its common stock.

Shares of Allakos ( ALLK ) were down 2.3% in recent Friday trading.

Price: 0.64, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -2.28
