04:25 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allbirds ( BIRD ) said Thursday it finalized agreements with distributors in the Benelux and Scandinavia regions.

Authentic Brands will be the company-appointed distributor in Benelux, while Future will distribute Allbirds ( BIRD ) products in eight Scandinavian nations, according to the company.

Additionally, Goldwin became Allbirds' ( BIRD ) exclusive distributor in Japan, effective June 1.

Financial details of the agreements were not disclosed.
