07:35 AM EDT, 04/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Allegiant Travel ( ALGT ) said Wednesday that the Transport Workers Union of America Local 577, which represents over 1,700 Allegiant flight attendants, ratified a new five-year agreement that covers immediate wage increases ranging from 20% to 41.2%.

The company's flight attendants received an average 25% pay increase upon the contract's ratification, Allegiant said. The new contract also covers other improvements in insurance and bonuses, among others, the company added.
